The typical timetable for your wedding day will usually take the following format:
12:00 Hairdresser / makeup arrive
13:30 Flowers arrive
14.30: Photographer arrives in hotel to take pre-wedding photos
15:30 Car collects groom and groomsmen from Hotel
15:45: Buses arrive to collect guests
16:00 Wedding Party leaves for church
16:30 Ceremony begins
16:15: Car arrives to collect bride
17:30 Ceremony finishes and some photos taken outside the church
17:45 Guests taken to reception. Bride and Groom have photos taken near church / beach
18:15 Guests arrive and aperitif begins
18:45 Bride and Groom arrive after having photos taken
19:45 Main meal begins
21:45 Main meal over and speeches begin
22:15 Dancers perform
22:50 Band begins and free bar starts
1.30 Free Bar finishes (band will announce the closing of the bar 20-10 minutes beforehand)
2:00 Band Finishes
2:30 Reception finishes
